HOWLAND †Thomas E. Rakijasic Sr., 60, died Wednesday, March 12, 2008, of undisclosed reasons at his home in Howland. He was born Feb. 26, 1948, in Warren, the son of the late Frank and Anna Guzan Rakijasic Sr.
