NAMPA †The Minico Spartans are well represented going into the final round of the 4A state wrestling tournament. Three Spartans won quarterfinal and semifinal matches to reach the championship round today at the Nampa Center.
NAMPA †The Minico Spartans are making a serious challenge for the 4A state wrestling team title. Eight Spartans won their opening matches at the 4A state wrestling tournament Thursday to advance in the championship bracket, including top seeds David Burgara, Nate Crane and Josh Ramirez.
The Mountain Home Tigers finished fifth at the State 4A Wrestling Championships at the Idaho Center in Nampa over the weekend and had eight wrestlers medal.
